What is Reiki?
REIKI (pronounced RAY KEY) two Japanese Kanji ,when translated into western dialect, mean Universal Life Force Energy or Spiritual (not religious) Energy.
The System of Reiki is a Complementary, safe, vibrational / energy healing practice/therapy, that promotes balance in mind, body, and spirit. It is a painless, non- manipulative, non-invasive and does not interfere with any form of medical treatment.

What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a diary, note book or journal with you. Something that you love and will keep forever.
Notes from Reiki One – to revisit any topics
Please wear white. The colour white helps release any blocked energy and allows the Reiki energy to be absorbed. White represents purity, humbleness and an attitude of surrender.

Can I complete this course if I have completed Reiki One with another Reiki Master?
This course is available to Reiki students with the Usui lineage. I do require a copy of your lineage. A Reiki session must be booked with Alycia Cerra prior to commencing the course.
How can I best prepare myself for the course?
It is recommended to eat as light as possible two weeks leading up to the course.
Eating as much vegetables and fruit as you can, and decreasing amount of animal products a week before the course cleanses the body from dense energy in the auric field. If this is something you don’t feel comfortable with, it is not a requirement just a suggestion.
I really feel the more you prepare yourself for this weekend, the lighter you will feel, the more you will take from it and the richer the experience.
YOUTUBE VIDEOS; Please try and do this once a day, twice if possible. Don’t worry if you find it hard to settle yourself during meditation, it takes a lot of time and practice. For the few who haven’t completed my Beginners meditation course, I am more than happy to do a one on one session with you prior to commencing the Certificate.
