    What will I learn?

  • Different types of meditation techniques. 
  • Different breathing techniques
  • What meditation types best suit you: e.g. chakra meditation, crystal meditation, mindfulness and breathing, guided meditation, embodiment meditation, spirit guide/animal totem meditation etc
  • You will also have the opportunity to meditate with my guidance.

    What do I need to bring with me?

  • Please bring a diary, note book or journal with you. Something that you love and will keep forever.
